Welcome to My Survey List
Common Questions
Can I make money doing surveys online? Can I make $100 per hour answering surveys? Why do you give this information away for free? Whats the catch? What do you recommend?
Yes, you certainly can make money. Many survey companies offer cash. Some offer rewards that you can use to buy gift certificates, enter sweepstakes, and the like. Some survey companies will enter you into a sweepstakes rather than pay. All these sites have their advantages. Many people choose the cash sites and reduce the number of those taking surveys for sweepstakes entries. This only increases your likely hood of winning a sweepstakes.
Not likely. You may get $100 for a one hour survey but that situation is not common. It is, however, possible.
Why do I not qualify for surveys?
Not everyone is going to qualify for specific surreys. At times it may seem overwhelming to answer 10 questions only to find out that you didn't qualify. Most survey sites will enter you in a sweepstakes rather than pay you if you don't qualify. You have to consider that market research has to weed out those people that match criteria for others they have already interviewed. Say they are surveying on a new cereal. They have already asked 1500 people the questions. They need people that live on the west coast, that have three kids and make over $50k. They ask you a series of questions to see if you match what remaining respondents that they require. If you don't qualify they will enter you into a sweepstakes rather than have you continue with the survey as your data has no value to them at that time.
Is it possible to quit my job and do surveys as a stay at home job?
Yes, depending on how much you want or need to make from a job, it is possible for you to do this as a stay at home job.
I think it is crazy that people are charging for lists that should be free knowledge to the public. This list will remain free as long as I continue to receive traffic to this site.
The catch for survey sites is playing the game. Many of the sites that say they are survey sites actually refer you to survey sites. These are good in most cases as they allow you to get signed up to many sites at once with out all the hassle of signing up on each site.
I recommend that you sign up for every survey site listed here. Why do I say that? Well the more suvey sites you get signed up with the more likely you are to be invited to surveys. I seriously recommend that you save your fingers doing all the typing by downloading RoboForm. RoboForm is an application that will fill in your personal information for you. It is free for the basic application. It also stores all your passwords for the survey sites for you so you don't have to remember them. Once you download and install RoboForm then your set to start signing up for surveys. I would also recommend that you set up a email account specificly for your survey sites as you will receive many emails. You can set up free accounts on Yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and others. Then spend a few hours signing up on sites. At this point your emails inviting you to participate in surveys will start arriving.
